Menopause is the end of menstrual cycles ( rules ) related to a decrease in the secretion of sex hormones. It is therefore a forced and natural passage in women. However, this phase is not always well lived.
Indeed, for women, the approach of fifty is sometimes feared: hormonal upheaval, menopause, weight gain ... All this encourages us to ask questions.
An important concern for some women over 50 will be not to get fat. And it is true that the hormonal changes that promote menopausal weight gain can make it hard to keep the line, once that age has passed.
However, there are solutions, which can be applied at any age, to avoid weight gain at menopause. Rebalance your diet, practice physical activity ... but especially listen to your body.
