Chicken pox treated by homeopathy: when the disease ends

When chickenpox ends, when the vesicles are "crusted", take Mezereum 9 CH 5 granules, 3 times a day. Healing takes 7 to 16 days for both adults and children.

At the end of the chickenpox eruption, to help convalescence, in case of persistent fatigue, in homeopathy, it is advisable: Sulfur Iodatum 15 CH one dose per day, three days in a row.

Once the crusts have fallen, to help healing, Antimonium tartaricum 5 CH, 5 granules 2 times a day.

Our advices

During the eruptive phase, it is strongly advised to avoid contact with immunocompromised persons, pregnant women, newborns and adults who have not been infected during their childhood, elderly people who have been infected in the past (risk of shingles by reactivation of the virus).

In case of abnormal symptoms (especially neurological) or high fever, it is recommended to take the advice of a doctor.

In France, there is no longer a legal ban on school or community. But the patient is contagious two to four days before the eruption and the rest until the appearance of crusts.

Since 2004, a vaccine is available in France, and reserved for certain particular indications.
