What is meditation?

Who is not caught up in the "metro-work-dodo"? Who is not constantly screwed to his mobile phone, his computer, his tablet, his MP3 player? At a time of new technologies to excess, meditation proposes to take a break and to agree a time for oneself.

To go into inaction, not to be afraid of silence seem in our time a real challenge. We leave behind the woman, the lover, the mother, the working-girl ... we focus on his inner self. The goal of meditation is to live the moment.

The practice of meditation is based on belly breathing exercises. Because to meditate is first to breathe. It's about paying attention to his breathing. We feel that we inspire, we feel that we expire. We pay attention to his breath. When we are anxious, it is short, when we are relaxed, it is deeper. Result: we pay attention to his breathing ... and therefore to his spirit.
