Baby at 1 month: What about vaccines?

From birth, vaccination against tuberculosis (BCG) may be recommended, if for example, you live in Ile-de-France, Mayotte, or Guyana. At 1 month, in general, it is not recommended to practice a vaccine in a baby (except particular infectious problem in the family). The first vaccines will be done a little later at the age of 2 months ... It will be necessary to have a prescription to be able to buy the vaccines before this appointment of the 2 months, so that the doctor practices this vaccination: Diphtheria / tetanus / polio / whooping cough / heamophilus influenzae / hepatitis B / pneumococcus ...

Many parents are a little frightened by the amount of vaccines to be made for a baby with such a small weight ... But protection against these diseases is essential for baby's health, but also for later. The role of these vaccines is also to eliminate these diseases, as was the case with smallpox, which was eradicated in the 1980s.
