In fact, it appears that trans fatty acids of industrial origin are more dangerous than naturally occurring fatty acids. This has been shown when this consumption of fatty acid exceeds 3 g per day.

Note: In some countries, these trans fatty acids of industrial origin are almost prohibited. In France, the French Food Safety Agency recommends: "reducing the consumption of certain main foods that are vectors of trans fatty acids of technological origin (pastries, pastries, industrial bread products, chocolate bars, biscuits)".
It also recommends "to continue the effort to reduce the use of trans fatty acids of technological origin, both in human food and animal" .
